Open a window for an upcoming period so providers submit time-off and preferences before you build the month, instead of chasing late messages mid-generation.
In-app time-off
Providers submit directly in Slipstream ER. Approvals and imports feed the generation engine as hard constraints so covered time-off is not overwritten.
QGenda & Lightning Bolt imports
If your group already collects requests elsewhere, import them so you keep one source of truth without re-keying the month by hand.
