Swaps
A swap is a two-way trade. Before it finalizes, Slipstream ER checks rest requirements, restrictions, and contract limits, then updates calendars for everyone involved.
Giveaways
A giveaway posts an open shift for another eligible provider to pick up. The same rule checks apply before the pickup is allowed to stick.
Emergency coverage
On Pro plans, notify eligible providers of a call-out with one tap so last-minute gaps close without a chain of group texts.
